The City of Dubuque will resume parking meter enforcement beginning at 8:00 AM. on Monday, June 1. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, enforcement has been suspended since March 19. The City is extending free ramp parking until 8:00 AM on Wednesday, July 1.
