MercyOne Dubuque Cancer Center Offers Comprehensive Care in One Location

Since the earliest stages of planning, the goal for the MercyOne Dubuque Cancer Center has been to create one location where patients can receive everything they need for cancer care. Until now, patients in our community might have received chemotherapy in one location, radiation in a second location, and no access to other supportive services.

“A cancer diagnosis itself is extremely stressful, so we wanted to remove any obstacle or additional burden from our patients and their families by creating a program that gives them everything they need, in one location,” describes Dave Tatman, director of the MercyOne Dubuque Cancer Center. “The needs of our patients are reflected in every decision and detail of the cancer center.”

Here is a look at what comprehensive care at the MercyOne Dubuque Cancer Center includes.
