Cottingham & Butler, a nationally ranked insurance brokerage firm, announced that it will expand its business by opening an office in Dyersville, IA. The expansion is slated to add more than 25 jobs to the Dyersville area. Applications for the new positions are currently being accepted with training to begin immediately.
Cottingham & Butler will lease approximately 4,400 square feet of the 10,000 square foot professional center, which is located on Field of Dreams Way along Highway 20 in southwest Dyersville. Cottingham & Butler joins Regional Medical Center in the facility. Property developer Hall of Fame, LLC, plans to have the building ready for occupancy later this fall.
This new office adds to Cottingham & Butler’s team of over 950 employees across 19 locations, with headquarters located in Dubuque.
