Dubuque Community YMCA/YWCA’s Executive Director of Social Services, Tonya Millard, was inducted into the NICC’s 2018 Hall of Fame. Tonya was being recognized for her outstanding leadership and dedication to addressing the needs of women and children in the Dubuque Community. She is involved in several clubs and organizations. She is a fluent grant writer and has played a key leadership role in developing the Y’s Restorative Practices Program.
Tonya was inducted into the NICC Hall of Fame at their awards ceremony on Monday, November 19.
