A pierogi making class using local spring vegetables! Learn to make this Polish dumpling from Justyna, who will share methods and secrets she learned growing up in Poland. Justyna will demonstrate how to make the dough and then you will get hands-on experience filling and shaping them. These pierogis will be made with morel mushrooms, in line with the traditional sweet or savory, seasonal filling. Participants will enjoy sampling and take some home to share! Cost: $16.
