The month of June kicks off several children’s summer theater performances in the Dubuque area. The Bell Tower Theater, Ohnward Fine Arts Center, and a new collaboration between the Grand Opera House and Rising Star Theatre Company are busy preparing for memorable performances guaranteed to please audiences of all ages.
