MidWestOne Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Wayne Breckon to First Vice President and Regional Credit Officer in Dubuque. Wayne has worked for the bank since 2019 as a Commercial Banker. In his new role as Regional Credit Officer, Wayne will lead a team with 80 collective years of experience in commercial banking.
Wayne has been married to his wife Kris for nearly 30 years, they have three adult children and one grandson. He has worked in commercial banking in Dubuque for 15 years. Wayne has been actively involved in several non-profit organizations such as Junior Achievement, Step by Step, DuRide and his church. He has also taught the LIFE program at the University of Dubuque. Wayne enjoys spending time with his family and travelling to new places.
