As many of you will be cooking a special meal at home this year for Valentine’s Day, you will want a special cocktail for the romantic evening. A long trend from the 90’s was the classic chocolate martini with a chocolate sauce drizzled inside the glass. Back then, I used to put crushed Oreos around the rim. While this is still a good choice, so many more choices exist in the cocktail realm today, both alcohol and non-alcohol based.
