Driving west from Asbury, I admired nature’s artistic hand, with hoar frost as her medium. The brilliant beauty of the winter landscape prompted thoughts of nature’s fragility and the need to protect its magnificence. Thus, the destination of my short trip – O’Connell Organic Acres – seemed appropriate.
