Dupaco Community Credit Union was recently honored with two Diamond Awards, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry. The award was presented by the CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council, a national network comprised of over 1,200 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 35 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.
Dupaco received awards in the following categories:
Membership Marketing for Member Benefits Summary, individualized communication showing the financial benefit of being a member of Dupaco.
Cutting Edge for Mortgage Tracker, a series of member communication that links to a personalized dashboard within a member’s online banking account, educating members on the status of their home purchase or mortgage refinance loan. Dupaco was awarded “Categories Best” in this category.
