What Is Your Foodprint?

April 22 marks the 50th anniversary of Earth Day. When we were growing up, water and air pollution was emphasized – initiatives (laws, rules, and regulations for corporations and manufacturing companies limiting the amount of pollution of land, water, and air) had a massive impact on where we are now, or at least were. More recently, the conversation has not only continued about the pollution of our planet, but also about the impact of climate change, use of pesticides, and large-scale farming. And the conversation has even expanded to our global food supply. The question has gone from what is your carbon footprint to what is your foodprint.
