Extensive renovations and upgrades to Grand Harbor Resort & Waterpark are complete as hotel owner and operator aim to increase guest experience and attract new visitors to the area.
The nearly $2 million in renovations of Grand Harbor Resort & Waterpark primarily focused on improving the overall guest experience in terms of comfort, amenities, and aesthetic appeal. A modernized lobby now offers a more sociable space, with streamlined check in and customer service desk. Refurbishments throughout the hotel include new carpeting, wood and tile floors, wall coverings, furniture and fixtures, and increased WiFi technology and speed by as much as 300%.
New amenities include modernized meeting space and technology, family entertainment improvements, a refurbished and expanded KIDZ CLUB children’s activity center, and the addition of The Vault, new laser maze challenge in the arcade.
Tony Roma’s Restaurant will also be seeing significant renovations in the months to come.
