Tri-state Artists Draw Attention to Local Waterway Health

Downtown Dubuque has become much more colorful in recent years thanks to the Voices Mural Project, which enlisted local and nationally renowned artists to create murals on walls across the downtown area. Now, the City of Dubuque is bringing the mural movement down to earth – literally – with its Storm Drain Mural Pilot Project.
