As the diet trends of Paleo, Keto, Whole30, and overall low-carb eating continue to dominate in 2019, people are searching for more ways to eat the foods they love without any or few carbohydrates. This means eliminating from diets high carb foods like breads, pasta, cereal, beans, legumes, sugar, and starchy vegetables such as potatoes and corn. This is primarily done to lose weight, although the Keto diet can also have a very positive impact on blood sugar levels and can be helpful for diabetics to help control their blood sugar levels.
