Bluff St. merchants Julie Berstler of Gotta Have It, Rylynn McQuillen of Fig Leaf, and Kate McIntosh of Kate & Co. Organics recently purchased red brick buildings on the west side of Bluff. They join other Bluff St. retailers who have owned businesses and buildings for many years along one of Dubuque’s oldest and most historic corridors – including Teri Connely of Calico Bean, Mike and Judy Siegert of Irish Imports/Shamrock Jewelers, and Julie Clark of Potpourri. Bluff St. and the surrounding area have become one of Dubuque’s most popular and fashionable shopping venues.
