The Dubuque Arts Council kicks off its 50th anniversary celebration with famed big band vocalist Bryan Anthony’s Celebrating Sinatra – His Life in Music at The Grand Opera House in Dubuque on New Year’s Eve, December 31 from 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Bryan will perform in concert with the Hunter Fuerste Orchestra.
