Rotary Club of Dubuque announced today that they are accepting applications for their annual Humanitarian Grant Program.
Rotary Club of Dubuque supports area nonprofit organizations that help Dubuque be a better place to live, work and play. Grant requests are considered from any local non-profit organizations that address Rotary Club of Dubuque’s primary focus areas:
- Supporting Mothers and Children – Projects that support vulnerable mothers and children so they can live longer and grow stronger.
- Supporting Education – Projects that strengthen and support basic education and literacy, reduce gender disparity in education, or increase adult literacy.
- Supporting and Growing Our Local Economy – Projects that provide sustainable solutions to breaking cycles of poverty.
Throughout the history of the Humanitarian Grant program, Rotary Club of Dubuque has donated more than $250,000 to over 100 nonprofit organizations. Last year alone, Rotary Club of Dubuque granted $20,000 to Dubuque area nonprofits.
All nonprofit organizations that meet eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply. Eligibility requirements and grant applications are available on the club website DubuqueRotary.org.
