The Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque’s fourth annual Great Give Day, presented in partnership with Theisen’s Home*Farm*Auto, wrapped up at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, May 11, 2017, with 2,317 gifts totaling $370,099 raised for Northeast Iowa nonprofits, breaking last year’s record of $367,453. This includes $26,550 in local corporate sponsorships.
This year, 153 nonprofits participated in Great Give Day, up from 114 last year. Since 2014, Great Give Day has raised $1,262,455 for local nonprofits.
The Community Foundation thanks the many generous corporate sponsors, donors and participating nonprofits that made Great Give Day 2017 a success.

Most Donors – 2nd Place – $750 Prize – Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (BVM)
Most Donors – 3rd Place – $500 Prize – Northeast Iowa Community College Foundation
$500 Golden Tickets went to: Presentation Lantern Center, Holy Family Catholic Schools, Holy Spirit Parish, Bell Tower Theater, Harpers Ferry Boosters Inc. Two by Two Character Development, and Fairview Cemetery Association.
