IBM recently dedicated $21,110 to support the efforts of Inclusive Dubuque, a network of more than 50 partners dedicated to creating an informed, equitable, and inclusive community where all people feel respected, valued, and engaged. The funds will support the Inclusive Dubuque Network as it develops and shares equity tools for businesses and organizations, facilitates peer-learning opportunities for the network and community, and implements a data platform to measure progress.
IBM has been a network member of Inclusive Dubuque since its formation in 2012, and provided important leadership from the business sector.
The IBM Endowment Fund for Sustainable Dubuque was established at the Community Foundation when IBM came to Dubuque in 2009. The purpose of the fund was to support initiatives that help make Dubuque a viable, livable, and equitable community. With that mission in mind, IBM has directed the endowment payout since 2014 to support the efforts of the Inclusive Dubuque Network.
