Holy Family Catholic Schools Director of Institutional Advancement, Chris McCarville, is pleased to announce The Kehl Family Foundation committed $750,000 to help the SOARING Capital Campaign surpass the $17 million Transformational Goal to renovate Wahlert Catholic High School.
Reaching the $17 million level allows officials to move forward with plans for full-scale renovations to the building at Wahlert Catholic. “We are so appreciative for this amazing commitment from the Kehl family. The generosity they have shown is truly incredible and all of us at Holy Family are deeply appreciative,” said McCarville.
By reaching the Transformational Goal, full-scale renovations includes resurfacing the building’s exterior, as well as upgrading the heating system and adding air conditioning. Plumbing and electrical upgrades will also take place, in addition to replacing the building’s roof. Renovations to the chapel, classrooms, labs, restrooms, and kitchen will also occur. Support for future operating expenses for Holy Family is also included in the commitment total, which now exceeds $17.4 million.
