Dawn Eikamp works out of a cheery, updated office space in a historic red brick building at the foot of Dubuque’s Fourth Street Elevator. As an independent interior designer, Dawn is dedicated to the concept of adaptive reuse, and her cozy office is a perfect example of a historic space reinvented for a new use.
