We all expect a cold winter here in this part of America, but by golly, January gave us all the right reasons to question why we live someplace that hurts our face. But we made it through and (cross our fingers) February will be a little more kind to us. February gives us a little more to latch on to. There’s Valentine’s Day, folks take vacations to warm locations and, if you are a geek like me, you are super excited because it’s the Winter Olympics! It is also Heart Health Month. This month we will be sharing heart-healthy, belly-warming dishes, as well as a Korean-inspired dish to pay homage to the host country of the Winter Olympics, South Korea.
