The Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the community’s most fascinating people at the second annual Movers, Shakers, and Newsmakers luncheon on December 19 in the Hotel Julien Dubuque. This event honored 20 of the Dubuque area’s top individuals who have made an impact personally or professionally. They are public servants, young professionals, rising stars, legacy leaders, change agents, and visionaries.
