The Hills & Dales Childcare Center announces its policy for free and reduced meals for children/adults in care who are unable to pay the full price of meals served under the Child and Adult Care Food Program. The Hills & Dales Childcare Center serves nutritious meals every day.

Meals are provided at no separate charge to children who are enrolled at the Childcare Center and are provided without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Adult care participants who are members of food assistance households or who are SSI or Medicaid participants are automatically eligible to receive free meal benefits.

The Hills & Dales Childcare Center, located at 3505 Stoneman Road in Dubuque, is an inclusive setting where children with and without disabilities receive services. Through the development of a preschool, childcare and before and after school programming, children and adolescents, have the opportunity to learn and play in the same inclusive environment, therefore benefiting both groups.

The Hills & Dales Childcare Center is also proud to hold once again an Iowa Quality Rating System (QRS) Level Five. This is the top level a childcare center can receive, which means the Center is going above and beyond to provide quality care to the children with and without disabilities they serve and support.
