We can now officially say it’s fall, regardless of what Mother Nature says. Now you can bring out all things Halloween and pumpkin spice! (Just kidding, please keep the pumpkin spice in the pie.) But seriously, October is the start of “All Things Cozy,” which is a delightful season that lasts until the spring thaw.

As the days start to get shorter, it seems as if the hours in the day get shorter too. We often fall prey to taking the easy way out with take-out or pre-made meals as we try to find balance in the busy fall season. So we have been thinking hard on ways to hit all of our comforting fall delights without much guilt, and more importantly, getting homemade food on your table without much headache.
